Engage for Change

I was honored to present my experience working with the Marketview Heights community to create the Food ~ A Celebration of Diversity Project in partnership with the RIT University/Community Partnerships at the Engage for Change Capital Region Community Engagement Conference at Siena College, Albany, N.Y. today, May 18, 2016. What an inspirational experience sharing best practices on community-engaged learning.

"What We Do" Competition 2016

I am very excited to share that my story, "Just Around the Corner" was the 2nd Place Winner in the Multimedia Category in the 15th Annual "What We Do" Photojournalism Competition of 2016. This year the work was judged by Ken Geiger, National Geographic Deputy Director of Photography, and Ben Garvin, Emmy Award Winning Multi-media Photojournalist, KARE11 News. It was a great honor to have these award winning journalists review my work.
